The Canadian artist Jeff de Boer has been exposed to the possibilities of metal, ever since watching his father, a professional tin smith. Jeff started by drawing out his little fantasy creatures and eventually decided to learn how to make these amazingly beautiful and highly detailed sculptures by learning the craft of a blacksmith and taking jewelery design classes.
He mouse in a suit of armor! Fashioned of polished brass, bronze or silver, the tiny armour suits can take up to 60 hours to complete and sell for between $500 and $2,000.
